You still have to test and start with a small budget so you don't waste all your hard earned money on one huge solo ad and get half of your advertising budget back also when you find a solo ads service email the company and ask them what typically converts well. There are a lot of services out there that offer solo ads for around $20.
Just do your research and you will reap the rewards in the end.
